CTM-06 LM M CNC Turn-Mill machine combines the functions of turning and milling in one setup, allowing for the machining of complex parts with both rotational and non-rotational features. It integrates a lathe’s turning capability with milling spindles for drilling, tapping, and contouring. The integration of a CNC Lathe and a CNC Milling machine allows for both rotational (turning) and multi-axis milling operations to be performed on a single setup, reducing handling time, increasing accuracy, and improving productivity along with space saving. Typical applications can be found in components like shafts with milled features, valve bodies, turbine parts, medical implants, connectors which are typically used in aerospace, medical devices, automotive, and energy sectors.
