WHISPERLINE is a built-in absorber designed to reduce chattering in deep milling applications. It is suitable for long reach up to 6XD for both roughing and finishing. It can be fitted to all types of machine spindles with ISCAR CAMFIX modular system, allowing maximum flexibility.

WHISPERLINE offers efficient performance in a variety of materials and applications, providing excellent high-quality surface finishes and longer tool life. In deep milling applications, WHISPERLINE features internal coolant directed to the cutting edge.

WHISPERLINE is ideal for deep milling applications with large L/D ratios, as its damping mechanism enables higher productivity up to three times more compared to classic long holders.
