Jyoti DX 60 & DX 100

The Jyoti DX 60 is a compact, high-productivity chucker turning centre designed specifically for machining small-disc type components. With its monoblock slant-bed structure for vibration damping, linear tooling arrangement for reduced cycle time, and bar-feeder/gantry-loader options, it delivers precision, power and automation together for high-volume manufacturing.

The Jyoti DX 100 extends the DX-series capabilities to slightly larger parts, retaining the same rugged monoblock slant-bed design and linear tooling approach, but with enhanced swing, travel and capacity. It is well suited for high-precision, high-throughput turning of medium-sized components where automation and repeatability are critical.
