Blum LC‑VISION

LC-VISION is a sophisticated yet user-friendly measuring and visualization software designed to work with BLUM’s DIGILOG laser measuring systems on CNC machine tools. It allows tool- and spindle-measurement tasks to be set up, executed and visualised directly on the machine control screen — enabling manufacturers to monitor tool wear, spindle condition and system diagnostics in real time and thereby improve process reliability and productivity.

• Intuitive interface: Enables job creation (initial measurement, wear measurement, control measurement) for tools without requiring deep NC programming knowledge.
• Tool Dashboard & Diagnostic View: Displays history of measurements, wear trends, system status and maintenance alerts on one screen.
• Modular architecture: Base software covers standard functions; optional technology cycles (e.g., ToolControl Advanced, SpindleControl) can be activated as needed.
• Spindle & tool health monitoring: Through optional modules, users can assess radial/axial run-out, vibration, thermal stability of spindle and detect tool-edge wear automatically
• Real-time visualization: Measured values (tool length, radius, wear) are visualised graphically (bar charts, wear curves) and can be exported for tool-management systems.
